I prefer just “dick” because I don’t use the other parts of down there for sex, and don’t really want them mentioned at all. For the top I just call it my “chest”. Everyone has different preferences though

Im definitely a “chest” person for the top and I myself have learned to be a little more comfortable with my body so my and my gf call it my “boy pussy” it works for me since she’s still specifically acknowledging im a man

On the days I am a man I prefer dick or penis for sure. I do say vagina but that’s just because I am comfortable with referring to mine as such as I see it as something anatomically accurate

my chest, pre top surgery, was my chest and if i had to specify i'd say left or right. post top surgery it's still my chest but it's wildly more comfortable now. if i have to talk about atrophy, i'll say internal atrophy. for condoms, there's an option called a female condom which is meant to be inserted into the canal rather than put over the penis, and i prefer to call that an internal condom.
