Ive talked to people whos breasts started growing in a few months and by like 6 or 9 months its noticeable and then i think like a year and a half is like when people are really content with the progress

And pain i think its different for everyone probably but ive definitely heard it can hurt and be sensitive while theyre growing. Definitely a possibility if not guaranteed
