thinking about pittsburgh. i’m from wv so besides something like DC (evil) that’s about all i got that’s relatively close. my mom’s teaching contract restricts her to WV or she loses her retirement fund and i’d rather stay near my parents

my husband and i have 4 cats so leaving the country just doesn’t seem viable 😬 we’ll both be graduated by may 2027 so we’re hoping to hold out and keep fighting the good fight in arkansas til then to avoid transferring colleges. i really like philadelphia and my trans friend i grew up w now lives in and loves portland. those seem much more attainable than international relocating lol
