I’m trying to understand more but it seems like they’re going after them for marketing “medical devices” (binders) to people under 18 because the government is cracking down on gender affirming care for minors right now

I found this nonsense. Basically saying they need to register with the FDA and that they’re “misbranded”. Of course, dated to yesterday, so it’s only because of minors being able to be a little more comfortable that they’re pissed.
