it didnt really go well to say the least lol. she kept laughing and moving the needle while it was inside me, getting my first shot was scary enough but that just made it even scarier. she didn’t inject all of the fluid before taking the needle out either, then it started dripping down my leg. safe to say im not having her do it again, which is probably for the best because im gonna have to learn to do it by myself eventually.

by the way, this is not fear mongering! because i know you guys like to throw that phrase around. your first T shot can be a bit scary for anyone and that’s just common sense! it was my first time (and my moms first time) so it’s okay that we made a couple mistakes. you just learn from mistakes and move on! going on testosterone isn’t scary, it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me. next time i will be more prepared and know what to do and what not to do!
