i didn’t have strength to begin with mostly because of my ed’s but now i’m on e it’s gotten real bad im having to use my whole body weight to open doors that i see other people opening with 1 hand

Dysphoria is different person to person. I got a lot of dysphoria from when I was living as a man because I hated being this big bulky muscular thing. I felt too big if that makes sense. And while women can be strong and I love buff woman, I have no desire to be a buff woman

you can get euphoria or dysphoria from literally anything even if it’s considered “bad.”
