grow it out, come up with an excuse if you need to (or ask others for their excuses that have worked). once long, get accessories to style it with—even if it’s just a hair band, you might be surprised by the euphoria of tying your hair back lol

Shaving body hair is an easy one.

accessories are small as well, so they’re easier to hide than a wardrobe, if clothes are less feasible for you
