I’ve figured out that I’m definitely trans, but I don’t really want to give up my masculinity. I like my clothes and hobbies that lean masc, but I want to be perceived as a woman doing so. Is it wrong for me to want to keep a lot of my masculinity?

no that’s actually very common lol (presenting masc/doing traditionally-masc hobbies as a trans woman, that is)

i kept knitting after i transitioned, even though it's seen as a feminine hobby (which sucks, but it is what it is). now i'm a guy who knits.

Not at all! Lots of trans women (including debatably myself but I’m still figuring that out) don’t mind being masculine. Hell theres an emoji user on here who’s a butch trans woman. It’s totally fine and pretty common honestly! And I agree with what 1 said too like cis women do it all the time as well. Especially in the queer community. I still wear the same clothes I had pre transition tbh.

Oh yea you’re definitely not alone in that lol. Like I want new clothes but I’m probs not gonna buy many/any dresses honestly. I’m probs gonna end up being futch when I’m further along but it’s by no means uncommon to go even more masc. and you’re welcome! I like helping other trans people with this sort of thing :3
