i ask the phlebotomist or any nurse nearby to talk to me while they do it, makes it a lot easier to not focus on the needle

yea i've had a couple really bad experiences but it definitely gets easier and having an active distraction really helps

people on diy ESPECIALLY need blood work done to make sure their doses are safe.

i'm just doing it off the recommended doses off the site and not blood testing though. nothing bad has happened and my effects have been well within the normal timeline.

Different people need different doses — while the recommended doses are good guidelines, they still aren’t going to be optimal for some people.
