Ive been in this slump for months since the job was cut but fuck I was so close to happy

I feel that :( I want to lose weight before top surgery bc I hear it helps in healing and stuff but it’s so hard to keep it off. I’m starting to look into weight loss medications but my family is super anti medicine so I’m anxious about it
