That's not the estrogen, that's the spironolactone, it's a diuretic

if your levels can tolerate it and your doctor isn’t stuck in the 90s, ask for just E with no spiro! for most people, just E is enough to keep T levels in check without an antiandrogen

Yup, it’s the worst. Make sure to hydrate and avoid potassium!

Also make sure to get electrolytes. You can get dehydrated from drinking too much water with no food

if you do injections it is. pills isn’t usually enough for estrogen monotherapy
