I have such a hard time correcting people on my pronouns and name. Any advice?

Honestly roleplaying it with friends can be really helpful. Like having them call you a random name that isn’t your chosen or deadname, or using pronouns you don’t prefer, in a super set scripted environment so you can correct safe people in a safe way yk
