No you do NOT want atrophy.. atrophy is when a trans guys insides (inside the vagina) stops producing any moisture because of testosterone. Imagine feeling your insides rub against each other. Weird feeling

utis and horrible pain with orgasm too for me. on estrogen with a penis you can get penile atrophy, which causes shrinkage. some trans women use some kind of testosterone gel/cream only on their penis to prevent atrophy or take one of the ED meds, there's two kinds, to keep up getting erections and therefore preventing atrophy with regular increased blood flow to the area
