(disclaimer i am white with fairly light skin, if you have very deep skin it will be hard to find a cheaper one that actually fits your skin tone) i got a mr limpy small (medium was gigantic on me as a 5'6" person) and i love it, but admittedly it is higher maintenance bc it's made not using body safe silicone so i have to clean and cornstarch it pretty much daily (if cornstarch is too white, you can mix it with cocoa powder like you would for dry shampoo).

it takes getting used to to have it not fall out. i've been able to go on twenty minute quick walks with it and i wear kirkland signature boxers and cheap name brand polyester boxers from walmart. however i am fat so that probably helps keep it in place a bit. when i first wore it out i was skinnier and it almost fell out my pants leg. i lost the strap you're supposed to use to hold it up, but you should be able to make that fairly easily with very rudimentary sewing skills.
