OP im so sorry ppl starting arguments over your identity is crazy. This could’ve been a productive conversation about transness and gender expression, but nobody here has the right to determine whether or not you’re trans 😭

frankly i don't think you are trans. a lot of nonbinary people don't identify with transness, and since both your gender identity and presentation line up pretty well with your agab i think that would be a more fitting label.

my take on this is that you can identify yourself however you want, and many things fall under the trans umbrella, but as a binary trans dude it does feel a little odd to want to refer to yourself as trans when you aren’t doing any meaningful social or physical transitioning outside of i’d only assume adding they onto your pronouns. that just doesn’t embody what i really think when someone tells me they’re trans and i feel like that labeling could be confusing imo

these comments are genuinely disgusting, please ignore them. non-binary people can CHOOSE to identify as not-trans if they feel like they aren’t, but non-binary identities fall under the trans umbrella. trans people transition away from AGAB, and your identity is NOT the same as your AGAB. I’m sorry that people are calling you shit for the way you identify, this community is normally much more accepting.

i think this is actually a situation in which alternative labels under the trans umbrella become kinda helpful. i think a term like genderqueer or something similar could possibly suit you better, and encapsulate your personal experience with feeling potentially misaligned with your gender in any way without causing any confusion or misunderstanding about how you identify and why
