just started binding again for the first time in like three years. i stopped because of track in high school and got lazy with it, but my back hurts SO BAD rn. i have much better posture and a flatter chest than i did before i started running? any advice?
i’m a big advocate for trans tape or any type of tape. i rarely bind with a binder now cos it hurts like hell and i can’t wear them for long anymore. tape really reduces the back pain but it does come with its own downsides but if your chest is smaller now it might work better!

maybe but it like def fits i even sized up when i bought it. idk it could also be unrelated to the binder who knows, i might look for a new one since this one’s lowkey falling apart. thank uu
