I mean this as sincerely as possible, but if you’ve been on hormones for a while and you want help passing, try gaining a little bit of weight.

Literally this! Fat redistribution is super helpful and important and it works by storing new fat in new places, it doesn't move existing fat. So if you're really skinny, you're going to mostly stay the same shape, if you gain a little weight it'll help fill you in and put fat in the right places

Ok basically with the new fat distribution system your body would be operating on, it will distribute so much more fat to areas that are more associated with a fat person of your actual gender than your agab.

Ok, try drinking your calories and eating a big calorie dense meal before you go to bed.

Fun fact: if it’s estrogen, it might be slowing down your metabolism a bit!

I was someone who could never gain a single pound ever. But one semester I got tired of the shitty dining hall food and only ate burgers, pasta, quesadilla, and pizza for 6 weeks and I ended up gaining 14 pounds. Its possible u just gotta stay consistent

Set a goal for a certain amount of time, and eat lots of greasy foods and sweets for that amount of time (like 3 weeks) If you want more weight then set a longer goal. Cheesy scrambled eggs for breakfast, burger for lunch, pizza for dinner + big dessert

i understand that. if you are afab and have more body fat, it will be situated around your thighs and hips. going on T will not take that fat and bring it to your belly, it will just put any new fat you gain into your belly instead of your hips/thighs. if you are already high bf% going into T, it’s not going to be much of an advantage as opposed to being skinny and having little body fat.
