i've been on t (gel) for over a year and have no changes besides acne. if someone else has experienced this and did eventually get changes pls respond i need motivation to continue paying $66 a month for t :( please tell me i'm not broken

are you willing to switch over to injections? There is a lot more control over doses and a guarantee that the full dose will be running through your system every time you take it. I've always been nervous about the needles/ self injecting even after 3+ years myself, but the control and quicker changes made it worth it. Also if you did switch, get it done into your stomach instead of your thighs, it's significantly less painful that way

unfortunately i have a bad needle phobia :( i lowkey cant even look at one. thank you tho, i will keep your advice in mind if i do ever switch :)
