After self-improving a little bit I want to put myself out there and hopefully try to date, even if I have to “pretend” to be a lesbian. I don’t know if I have a chance because it’s a predominantly white, typically southern institution and I’m asian, so idk if I even have a chance with mostly white queer girls here. Most of the asians here are international or extremely “normal” and whitewashed

i waited until about a year on t to transition in most places. it was awful but i think i needed that buffer personally

Yea I might need a year or two. Either so that I pass way better (and I also have some time to figure out my masculine presentation, social skill, etc) if I decide to transition at my current institution or if i decide to transfer

my ex got enormous comfort out of transferring to a place with other queer POC. if you're already considering it, i'd add extra weight to that. it really does make a difference.
