
What seemed to work was a macro weight cycle (ymmv, weight cycling doesn’t technically work but sue me) I went from 196 to 135 then after my levels sorted to cis woman levels I went back to 150-160 and that really rounded some things out. For the uk what it’s kinda ymmv but it’s use it or lose it. Get it up once or twice a week and you should be okay. When you’re alone it may not get as hard as if you were with a romantic partner which causes a funny situation where it can get so hard it hurts
