i’d switch to shots or something that is less reliant on 2 times a day. i did gel and would forget. shots are way easiwr

it will most likely lead to a lot of hormone spiking and possible changes in mood, libido, etc. look into patches or injections, those helped me a lot after my adhd started getting in the way of consistent administration

im pretty sure injections are actually cheaper since you need less product and can buy needles and such in bulk

they’re cheaper. $10 for 3 months of injections for me and i buy needles on amazon. $25 for 100

they don’t make t pills so i don’t have a comparison for you. if they did i would take the pills
