Trans Talk on Sidechat | Any recommendations for how to bind/ support my chest this summer? I’m working outside all day so I can’t wear a binder and tape isn’t an option for me. But I struggle to find sports bras that fit me and are comfortable. Any ideas or recommendations?

duluth trading sports bra but i had medium size boobs however i have a very wide ribcage. if you can go to a sports store, try some on while jumping

why can't you tape? as far as sports bras went, i think it was generally worse for my ribs and back trying to bind that way than with the binder i recently got (it's a "swim binder" off of amazon that was like $15)

I can’t tape cause my skin reacts badly to the tape and my chest is so big I need a lot of pieces in each side so it becomes expensive really fast.

And I don’t necessarily need my chest to be constricted. I just need something that’s not like a sports bra with cups in it which accentuates the shape of my chest, ya know?

But then since I’m larger chested i struggle to find sports bras and binders that have enough coverage and support. Like I can’t do half tank binders cause my chest spills out the bottom. But full tank binders aren’t a good choice for hot summers
