Completely normal; opioids and anesthesia make everyone constipated. Fiber up and hit some laxatives, there’s too much gas in there. Chest tightness will be around for a few months as your skin stretches a bit and evens out

i honestly had that the first couple of days idk why but it went away. it could be the meds or something but if it really scares u talk to ur doctor
