Emla! Well, for when I work on genitals or face. And an aspirin about an hour before and then a second shortly before. Emla is going to be your best friend and it’s pretty easy to get prescribed. But there are some others you can get online pretty easily, such as Numb Master! Anything with lidocaine and/or prilocaine! (Just don’t go with laser for any kind of surgery prep. It’ll just cause complications later. Not enough doctors understand this and may tell you laser is fine but it isn’t.)

I completely forgot to include the pic. 🤦🏻‍♀️ This is the non-prescription one I use. It’s pretty great! Not perfect, but a hell of a lot better than nothing else.
