My whole life I hated my name because it was a “little girl name”. I also thought pretty regularly about life if I were born a boy. I somehow only realized I was trans 17 years into life, and started transitioning 23 years in lol

i havent ever seen myself as having some long-rooted trans identity. i had a pretty typical girl childhood, just wont be growing up into a woman, but i didnt mind doing girl stuff when i was a kid. a lot of feminine stuff i still enjoy! but i did NOT like the effects of puberty AT ALL and hated all of the sex characteristics that developed due to it.
