I’ve had breast reduction and not full top surgery yet, they did have to take them off and reattach them, they are the same size (🎉) but not the same hardness (💔) hoping they don’t have to take them off again when I get full top surgery

mine are not the same size they hadda be trimmed down during my surgery and they are not the same hardness either but they can still get a lil hard. my chest looks fantastic but it came w the sacrifice of like 30% of the sensation there

I am in the process of deciding between a radical reduction or full top surgery, would you mind if I dmed or commented you some questions?

Like I said, I’m pretty stuck between the two. How did you decide to do a reduction first? Did you know you’d want top surgery later? Also, I wasn’t aware you could do top surgery after a reduction, are there increased risks of complications or anything?

I did a reduction first because of a few factors, mainly I still live with my parents and I was only 18 when I got the reduction, also I was on state insurance and they only covered having a certain amount of tissue removed. I knew I wanted top surgery later and did my own research on it. You can still get top surgery after a reduction, but there could be some limitations on how they do it incision wise, and you may experience dog earing.

I think a lot of it depends on who you see though, as someone who’s very experienced in these surgeries could do things to make it easier to get top surgery after a reduction if you want

Also I will say, you will definitely have more and/or larger scars if you get a reduction first and then top surgery. Personally I love my scars currently and have no problem with getting larger scars in the future
