No cause I’ll still sometimes get pain and I know immediately I have to do my T that day cause sometimes I forget once or twice. And as soon as I do I get cramps again

I get it time to time too, but it’s typically preceded by eating something sketchy or consuming too much of a stimulant like caffeine or nicotine
