as a former twink current transfem, it still pisses me off how frequently the term twink is misused

also it is really telling when people's idea of Trans Guy is skinny white and hairless. like we're not people and can't be every variation under the sun

Twink has gotten to the point it no longer means anything. Very annoying Besides, like 95% of the trans men ik want to be fat bears with a big beard. I’m transfem so I can’t relate, but it’s a pattern I’ve noticed

I think the better term is anti-trans masculinity or anti-transandry? Less invalidating

yeah even though it is bc people think vagina=submissive=bottom/penetrated, it just kinda sucks to hear it called misogyny, accurate as it may be, and it is imo more accurate to bring attention to the fact that it's trans men specifically we're talking about, bc that brings in more of our background experiences to the conversation

Yeah cause part of the idea we’re all bottoms is the idea that we’ll never be ‘real’ men (see how gay tops are seen as more worthy of manhood than bottoms). Chasers will use this to degrade us further
