id say get the plastic second skin and apply that under the trans tape, literally changed the game for me. even tho sometimes i still get blisters its never as bad as without it. definitelt helps your skin, just that it comes off if you sweat too much so keep that in mind

i use kinesiology tape and pull it off without oil or anything with minimal damage, so that might work, especially if you take it off correctly
