also that workout as a whole isn’t a good workout tbh. you should focus your workouts specifically on your goals and how you want your body to look. There’s no universal workout that works for everyone. and also that workout has no structure and not nearly enough volume or intensity for sufficient muscle growth
tbh this isnt that good its not telling you what places its targetting you dont need trans masc workouts either everyone builds muscle the same and its your genetics that factor more than gender. my advice would be to look at your goals and look for workouts that target those areas. ex: if u want a bigger chest find workouts that target upper, lower and middle chest
