How does one make their parents understand that getting top surgery IS My mental health, if that makes sense. Like they keep saying “worry about other things like your mental health” but don’t understand top surgery WILL HELP GREATLY.

I went behind my dad’s back with my mom’s support, it’s been almost 4 years and it’s the best choice I ever made

dysphoria can be debilitating & cause mental health issues, addressing dysphoria IS addressing mental health

I’ve tried this but unfortunately I need to heavily rely on them for aftercare and help with insurance process etc
