i mean personally ive never found it "easier" to make friends with any specific groups but ive also always had a hard time understanding why a persons gender should affect my ability to connect with them

When I was growing up, my two closest friends were girls, but I started alienating from them once I figured out I was a trans man (both of them were accepting, I was just very insecure and socially withdrawn) since then most of my acquaintances have been girls, but I haven’t had any close friends for a while, even guys

generally male, since most of the women I’ve interacted with who i weren’t already friends with think im a predator or a lesbian or both :/
