Am I crazy?? About once a month I get pms like symptoms(fatigue, cravings, irritability) but I don’t have a period so idk how the fuck it’s happening

Yeah that might just be ur period… All e does is trick ur brain into thinking ure a cis girl so it starts producing estrogen so u can get hormone cycles but it expresses in everyone differently but it is very common to get an emotional period once a month. Hell some girls even get cramps but that’s rarer
