Ive got a top surg consult in June and my dysphoria wasn’t bad until I made the appt and now it’s getting worse?! Like I was at peace with my tits and now it’s war again?! And im worried once my chest is gone my bottom dysphoria will worsen 😭 wtf do I do

normal i think. it was almost unbearable to me once i had my top surgery date to wait for my chest to be no longer something i had to think about.
