Before you transitioned did you freeze your sperm? I’m really wanting to transition, but I want to save my sperm first. It’s just so crazy expensive

Because hrt reduces your fertility or makes you completely infertile, it’s considered medical and not elective. Talk to your health insurance, you could get it done for much cheaper

There are so many kids who need good homes. They don't need to be genetic for me to love them

I didn’t bother cause I wanted the estrogen right away. Also I’ve heard some not so amazing things about the fertility industry. But they did offer. I just haven’t wanted kids since I WAS one and it was just expected.

It’s less of that and more of “I’m going to be starting a medical treatment that will damage my fertility and need to freeze my sperm, what is the coverage for that?”
