I have no idea if this would work or if it would be medically safe-when penetration hurts for me, I usually use external stimulation with a vibe to help distract me and I’m able to focus on that different sensation?

I don’t do dilation (pre op) but I do have really painful cramps. low %THC weed helps me with the pain, maybe it could benefit u too
