you’ll need a sperm analysis after 3-6 months, generally at least a six month period is advised before testing to allow hormone levels to return to baseline. unfortunately there aren’t good statistics on how common it is for people to regain fertility after discontinuing hrt. some people are still fertile while on hrt, some people were infertile prior to starting hrt. there just isn’t really info available. like #1 said, you’ll have to talk to your doctor.
