me too, even the people who try to be nice can’t gender me correctly to my face so i don’t want to know what they’re saying when im not there

I keep trying but then ppl shit talk me behind my back (still in earshot) and blow me off. Why is the only interaction anyone wants to ever have with me is a behind the back comment about my appearance or a compliment on it. Why won’t ppl actually engage me?
