What is your dose? Some providers start small and amp it up over time for efficacy, but that usually only applies to young teens. Also not all doses are equal; a “lower” dose can help gauge what is best for your levels

HRT is a long, slow journey. I know it’s hard, but it’s probably best to just wait for the 3 months mark and see how things turn out. Going up too high can cause issues, I know from experience

No worries 👍. I don’t know about E, but if you’re on T the standard dose is 50-70 mg
