For my orchie and both FFS surgeries, I took to lightly tapping along bandaging to provide some of that pressure relief without risking a lot. Painkillers, water… focus on another tactile sensation when it starts acting up.

i've heard putting socks along the rim helps. also cetirizine (zyrtec generic) BUT CHECK WITH TOUR SURGEON FIRST it may interfere with your meds
