Guys I rarely look at my back cause how broad it is makes me dysphoric but I did yesterday to pop a pimple and where did my back muscles go🧍 Estrogen is so cool yall. I feel less wide :3
Now how exactly do I lose belly fat to show off my hips without it being unhealthy (current goal is spamming leg day to make big thick muscles that’ll burn calories from walking around and also just be nice and thick 😌)
