Almost 3 weeks on T gel not noticing any changes. Do I up my dose? (Not going thru a doctor ifykyk)

it’s going to take way longer than three weeks but you’ll notice the changes eventually

3 weeks is honestly no time at all and you’re not really going to notice anything outside of maybe a shift in mood and such. Get bloodwork done to make sure your levels are good, but it’s going to take a long time for everything to happen.

depends what your dose is and your t levels as to whether you need to up it/up it in the future, but my dr put me on a lower dose at first and then bumped me up over time so it wasn't super high levels all at once

How about 2 months? That’s all I have on hand rn and won’t be able to get more for the foreseeable future bc I can’t do injects

Two months is still very early on for most anything. You’ll feel psychological and mood differences, sure, but physically you may only just be beginning to really change. It’s a pubertal pace. There’s no quick-acting changes.
