they are not cheap so wait for a sale but i've been wearing the duluth trading relaxed fit cargo pants and shorts for about two years now bc they fit me amazing as a fat trans guy (on t so my ass isn't as big as it was before). if you have any stores near you it's worth the trip but tbh you just need your measurements

There aren’t any thrift stores near my college that have men’s clothes and I have to get them delivered to my school since my parents can’t know… 😭

So my college is in a city that isn’t in close proximity to a lot of other cities and the only thrift store near the college used to be a boutique which got turned into a thrift spot targeted for cheap women’s fashion

Nope, the closest is an Old Navy and they have a very limited section for men’s clothes and none of them fit me properly (but the cart also includes things outside of clothes that can help me look more masculine, which did raise the price a bit)

Right?? But I got lucky in the way that the school is very progressive and they see me as a man in every sense (I’m a man on file and my preferred name and pronouns is on all school documents)

you might be able to find a clothing swap group or event somewhere if its a progressive city but that also might be difficult

One of the organizations did do one last April! They just only do it annually and I couldn’t go last time, but I heard it was very successful (even having binders!!)

Idk what kind of body type you have but I’m FTM and quite curvy and the old navy mens baggy tech Jean shorts fit me really well and make me feel more masculine, nowhere else sells men’s pants that fit me

Oh okay!! I’m heavier with curves and so I’ll check Old Navy again once I go back to school

Also highly recommend going to places like TJMaxx, Beals, Ross and just looking through the men’s tees, I have a closet full of those and they also make me feel masc, idk if you have those stores around but tbh it’s worth driving to somewhere

A good handful of the stuff are on sale already, I just grabbed a LOT of stuff because I’m trying to redo my whole wardrobe at the same time
