I’m definitely tired a day or two before my shot. My endo has suggested moving my shot to every week instead of every other but I don’t really want to have to deal with it every week

i use gel and it is definitely clear when i miss a day (once happened due to a fire alarm for instance) even just by that afternoon. ur body gets used to hormones and when that is off it WILL let u know
