
Asking bc I put a binder on an hour ago and I’m quickly finding I probably need a nap, wondering if I can sort of reset the 8 hours timer once I wake up or if I need to subtract how long I’ve had it on from the time I have left when I put it back on after the nap. Like can I wake up at 1:30 and wear for for another 8 hours aka until 9:30 or just 7 hours aka until 8:30
