I had top surgery 3 days ago and I’m not loving my nipple placement. And my nipples look disgusting right now. I’m trying to stay positive because they literally took off my dressings and stitches a few hrs ago but I’m nervous about it

Your nipples will look pretty rough for a bit but they’ll look more normal soon

go look up photos of immediate post op top surgery and almost all of them look a little fucked up immediately after taking the bandages off. i’m sure it’ll heal pretty much fine it’s just a bit jarring at first!

Nipple look will totally improve and the placement may change a bit as swelling reduces and the tissue settles!
