Is anyone here a trans man who has tips for passing better? I can’t transition medically for a while due to this country but I’m planning to just in a few years.

1) Haircut 2) Clothing: Get men's clothing because it is cut for men, it's generally more boxy and isn't designed to accentuate curves. Also dark colors and layering can help hide your figure 3) Makeup: If you're good at makeup (or want to learn), contour is fucking magic and can literally reshape your face, it's kinda wild 4) Voice: you can lower your voice by increasing resonance. If you're a singer you already know what this means. If not, think of the space inside your mouth like a cave

genuinely working out and building muscle will do so much for you, i’m pre everything and i pass despite having feminine facial features, and i swear that’s the main reason why…i do personal training for work so if you wanna get into it and have questions hmu 🫡

4 cont) you want the cave to be as big as possible so it resonates deeper, you can do this by talking through a yawn. Also the expectation is that men speak more monotonous with less tone dynamics so if you try to talk while keeping the same pitch, that will also make your voice sound more masculine where a more bouncy voice that fluctuates up and down is seen as more fem. you can do vocal fry but that can damage your voice if you're not careful and I don't know enough to coach that.

Ok, yeah cause training my voice to go lower or sound more masculine is something I’m wanting to work on. I already have short hair, wear cologne and dress pretty masculine and I’ve been planning to get more loose pants and boxy shirts to help, I like a dark academia aesthetic, plus my face looks more masculine but I sadly have a broad chest
