I still live with my parents (transphobic) for financial reasons, and every now and then i have dreams that one day my mom just changes her mind and accepts me, and i get to start medically transitioning. Then i wake up :(

The best thing I ever did was look into getting a Blended Case Manager. They help you organize your finances, schedule appointments, find work, etc. and I wouldn’t have been able to go no-contact without mine.

i’m in the same boat, have wanted to go on t for the past 4 years and haven’t been able to because of family threatening to cancel my health insurance

That’s horrible- I had to wait a few years to transition and I hate that I did. I hope you can find a way around her to transition <3
