Can I ask whats your routine??? I’m a former gym rat and I miss it sooo much but I don’t know how to not feel dysphoric while actively doing certain exercises!!!!

Now I mostly do legs and cardio but that’s not enough for a full routine

I started with just getting back into cardio but now finally getting back to lifting and just do a normal circuit of arms, legs glutes, big cardio day, and a heavy lift day then rest day or two and start over. Def much weaker than before but makes it fun to build back up
