No I’d probably talk to your doctor about that tbh. I don’t even really remember that being a potential side effect so it might be something else too

the only side effects i've seen are spiro making more urine so you need more water and salt, and estrogen giving liver issues if over-dosed orally

Yea same plus the potassium risk with spiro. Other than that I don’t think there are many.
